Introductory packages apply to the first three accepted paid matters. Each covers one patient and one episode of up to 30 days, subject to readability, complexity and acceptance. Page counts include duplicates and scans; preparation, verification, drafting and discussion count toward the time limit. Work pauses before exceeding the authorized scope or budget. Limited reports identify unreviewed records.
